What It Is
The Kissu Lip Scrub is an all natural lip scrub. It gently polishes your lips for a smooth, and line free pout. Unlike other lip scrubs that come in pots and require you to use a tiny spatula or your fingers, Tatcha made their Kissu Lip Scrub easy to use by putting it into a squeeze tube for easy use.

How To Use It
The Kissu Lip Scrub can be used morning and night due to its natural and gentle formula. Its convenient squeeze tube applicator makes it super easy to use. Squeeze directly onto the lips or apply a dollop onto your finger and gently rub in circular motions over the lips. Massage the lip scrub onto lips for at least 1 minute to gently buff away dead skin on the lips, and ensure nourishing ingredients are absorbed. To remove the granules, use a damp cloth to wipe lips clean. Follow up with your favorite lip serum or lip balm.Follow up with moisturizer and SPF
Key Ingredients
Konjac- A root vegetable that is used in skincare as a gentle exfoliant
Peach Seed- Gentle exoliant in the form of a crushed peach seed
Japanese Camelia Oil- Popular skin oil for combating inflammation, signs of aging, and lack of moisture.
My Thoughts
As a DIY lip scrub fan girly for years, I was not expecting much from this product. I found that I really enjoyed using this lip scrub though. Its nourishing with light oils, and the peach seed was not as harsh feeling as I figured it to be. It also smells and tastes decent which is nice since it is a lip product. I noticed my lips felt softer and more plump after using Tatcha The Kissu Lip Scrub vs just using my DIY sugar scrub or nothing at all. With continued use I noticed my lips stayed more hydrated and plump feeling. A big benefit I saw was that my lip tints went on a lot more even instead of patchy. Lip tints tend to have a drying effect on lips, so I was very happy to experience this. Would I buy it again? I would if it wasn’t so pricy, with the product costing $28 I think it’s a bit of a splurge just for a lip scrub. I would wait for it go to on sale at Sephora or Tatchas website. I will be hunting for a new and less expensive lip scrub after this one is emptied.
